At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your new signature scent with total confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible fragrance products.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and has at least 90% of its original volume remaining to qualify for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your bottle in its original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
